T/T with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment is standard; L/C at sight and other terms can be arranged for long-term partners.

Sampling takes about 7–10 days. Mass production is normally 30–45 days after deposit and artwork confirmation, depending on order volume and finishing requirements.

We quote FOB Ningbo or Shanghai as standard, and can also arrange CIF, DDP or air freight and LCL consolidation when you prefer.

Each faucet is protected with a cloth bag or foam insert, packed in a reinforced export carton with moisture protection, then palletised or loose-loaded to your requirement.

A five-year warranty covers the cartridge and body. Spare parts and replacement components are available for the lifetime of the model.
